Wytłaczanie za pomocą wykrojników / Embossing with dies

Here's one more project I would like to share

in the Easy Die Cutting Techniques course.

I practised the Embossing with dies technique to create the background.

For that I prepared the embossing sandwich with the die - the result was amazing!

I also cut the flowers and leaves, printed the sentiment

and cut it using my Joy!Crafts machine.

The background is sprinkled with ink (in the same colour as the flower).

First card "On the nameday"

Supplies:

Sweet Dixie background die, 

layered floral die, rectangle dotted dies,

textured cardstock, Ranger Distress Ink (peacock feathers),

ink blending tool, Pentart Glue for Hobby, foam tape, dp Craft adhesive enamel dots.

Second card "Happy Birthday"

Supplies:

Sweet Dixie background die, floral stamp and die,

rectangle crossed dies,

Ranger Distress Ink (brushed corduroy),

ink blending tool, Pentart Glue for Hobby, foam tape.

Today I would like to share a project inspired by

Yana Smakula in my next AECP course - Easy Die Cutting Techniques.

In my project I implemented the technique called Stenciling with Dies.

Firstly I die-cut the background and then used it as a stencil.

I blended the ink (two colors) onto the background.

Then I die-cut the flower, printed the sentiment and added the sequins.

Finally, I glued the blended panel onto a darker panel to create a frame,

and after that I glued it on the white cardstock.

Ranger Distress Ink (brushed corduroy and evergreen bough),

ink blending tool, Pentart Glue for Hobby, foam tape, sequins.

Kwiaty warstwowe z AECP / Layered flowers inspired by AECP

I have started the Altenew Eductor Certification program and I am glad to present my card inspired by the All About Layering course.

I enjoyed every minute of the creative process of stamping the layers of the flowers. My favourite is the thank-you card shown below with the lovely vintage roses and the beautiful Altenew sentiment.

I placed the red rose on the foam tape to give a bit of 3D effect.
